Susan coordinated US sub-contractors: repair service, warehouse shipping and customer service, customs brokers, accessory suppliers, printers, customer ordering process, product information. She also oversaw warehouse inventory and products coming from England to customers. Susan acted as the General Manager’s assistant/secretary. Prior to Sinclair, she worked for the MIT Economics Department, Boston Symphony Orchestra, Public Television, and worked with Apple and Radio Shack computers.
