Toolkit2 is a BASIC programming utility that provides a suite of code-editing and analysis tools for developers working with BASIC programs. Its menu-driven interface offers functions including line renumbering, REM statement removal (REM KILL), variable listing, variable value inspection, numeric and string search-and-replace, variable line-number cross-referencing, and case-swapping options for both all tokens and non-text tokens. Output can be directed to a printer, toggled on or off with keys 9 and 0 respectively. The “SWAP CASES” feature, offered in two variants (ALL and NO TEXT), allows toggling between keyword representations in the BASIC listing.
Note: Type-in program listings on this website use ZMAKEBAS notation for graphics characters.
