Production Notes

For the first time the entire issue of this newsletter has been produced on test87. Previously, the newsletter was produced in part from Quill, passed through Bi-columnifier to generate two column format, and then bits and pieces such as the page numbering were cut and pasted. Then each page was photo-reduced, and the camera-ready copy was made up.
