This issue marks the beginning of our THIRD year of operation, and we’d like to thank you, our readers for making it all possible. This is a BIG year for our community, with two International QL Meetings already behind us ( the 4th Italian QL Meeting , and the International QL Meeting held at Eindhoven Netherlands), and at least two more planned. Why all the fuss 2? 1993 marks the tenth anniversary of the QL’s launch, and the tenth anniversary of QUANTA. (Editor’s Note: In this issue we have an extensive report on the Eindhoven meeting.)
