Another zip file contains a number of other TURBO utilites: LIBRARY MANAGER, DATASPACE and Utility_Task.
The zip file does not come with documentation, and briefly explains the programs:
LIBRARY MANAGER – pulls out procedures from large SuperBasic programs.
DATASPACE – used to ajust the data space requirements in programs already compiled.
Utility_task – Neat little utility program that does three things: Character Graphics Editor, Sound Effects Editor, and Toolkit Default Editor.
