Happy Holidays to all of you out there. It’s hard te believe this issue marks the end of almost two full years of publishing the QLR. The January issue will mark the beginning of our third rear as the oldest QL periodical in the States. We thank all of you for subscribing and hope you to continue to do so throughout the coming year.

We were in Las Vegas attending COMDEX, the huge computer shaw held there every year. Over 100,000 people attended, making it the largest computer show in the world. Unfortunately the QL was not there but we kept bumping into “QL people” so to speak. Andy Pennell was there, who wrote The QDOS Companion. Hisoft was there, as was Metacomco. These last two companies were exhibiting in the Atari booth. Hisoft’s ST titles have been receiving high praise from Webster in BYTE magazine. It’s at least nice to see that starting with a QL definitely leads to bigger and better things and we hope this is how you view your association with the QL.
